Features
I cannot operate the administration screen with Internet Explorer.
Internet Explorer is not supported.
Can I check a student's entry/exit history?
No such feature is available.
Can the teacher control the student's PC screen?
No such feature is available.
Student's screen updating is slow.
Subscribing to Premium plan will speed up the update speed when clicking student's screen capture to enlarge it.
Does it support Single sign-on?
Not supported.
How can i change my email?

I am on the basic plan and cannot re-enter a room I created.
If you are on the Basic Plan, you will need to create a new room each time and inform students of the room URL each time. Please refer to the Support for details. In addition, once a room has been created, it cannot be reused because other users may create a room with the same name, and to prevent leakage of personal information and problems, etc. For the same reason, we do not provide the capability to delete rooms that have been created. The room keeping function of the Premium Plan allows users to keep the same room even if they change devices by logging in with the Premium Plan, and guarantees the use of the created room. Please consider this option.

Can several schools use TFabTile under one contract?
Contracts are per school; one contract cannot be used by several schools.
Do I need to apply to use Basic Plan?
No application is required for Basic Plan. Get started on the top page.
When using Premium Plan, do teachers and students both need to subscribe to Premium Plan?
Teachers are required to subscribe to the premium plan, but students are not required to do so.
System & Security
How long will students' screenshots be stored?
Screen-shared captures are stored in memory as a cache on the server for up to 5 minutes.
Are there regular maintenance times?
Currently, we do not set scheduled maintenance times. System maintenance is performed on an irregular basis at times when there are few users so as not to affect the service.
Can I confirm whether or not an error or trouble has occurred in TFabTile?
When a trouble occurs, it will be announced on the top page.
Other
Can you issue invoices and receipts?
We do not issue invoices or receipts for customers paying by credit card. The billing statement and receipt will be the invoice and statement sent by your credit card company.
After you have completed payment, an invoice and receipt will be sent to your registered e-mail address from Stripe, the payment service company. The name on invoice/receipt will be your registered e-mail address.
